Sugar Hill Condominium Owners Association, Inc is an association nestled in the verdant hills of Quechee VT. Sugar Hill became an Association in 1981 and has a reputation that continues to make its residents proud.   Moments from the Quechee Covered Bridge, The Quechee Club,  area restaurants, and picturesque Woodstock VT, the location at the end of Sugar Hill Lane is often described as a perfect country retreat.  Sugar Hill includes 6 buildings, which house 28 total units.
